iiRcade Upgrades — Revive and Supercharge Your Cabinet
When iiRcade shut down its servers, thousands of great cabinets were left in limbo. Thunderstick Studios builds the hardware that brings them back: the GRS Viper SBC — a drop-in single-board computer that replaces the stock board — plus the GRS iiRcade KVM System and the GRS Ultimate Control Panel. No soldering, full guides included.

Frequently asked questions
My iiRcade won't load games anymore. Is it dead?
No — the cabinet hardware is fine. The stock board depended on iiRcade's servers; the GRS Viper SBC replaces that board so the cabinet runs independently.
Is the Viper hard to install?
It's a drop-in board with step-by-step written and video guides. Most owners install it in an afternoon with a screwdriver.
What do I need for a complete upgrade?
Viper SBC + KVM System + GRS Ultimate Control Panel. Bundles and accessories are in the Viper collection.
Do these parts work outside iiRcade cabinets?
The Viper also powers Build-A-Cade and custom projects — see the Viper Build-A-Cade bundle.
